Theraputic Massage
Theraputic Massage is a form of bodywork that aims to relieve tension in the deeper layers of tissue in the body. Theraputic Massage is a highly effective method for releasing chronic stress areas due to misalignment, repetitive motions, and past lingering injuries. Due to the nature of the deep tissue work, open communication during the session is crucial to make sure you don't get too uncomfortable. Keep in mind that soreness is pretty common after the treatment and that plenty of water should be ingested to aid with the flushing and removal of toxins that will have been released from the deep tissue during the session. Deep Tissue is available for 30,60 or 90 minutes.
Prenatal Massage/Post-partum

Cupping
Cupping is the ancient process of using reverse pressure to lift blood into tissues and create space below in the tissues and muscles. Cupping can leave marks or " hickeys " in the areas treated and should not be performed on clients with blood disorders, high blood pressure, or skin disorders that produce open wounds in the treatment areas.
Hot Stone Therapy
Hot Stone Therapy is a style of massage where oiled heated stones are moved over the body to deepen relaxation and promote circulation in your muscles. Muscles that are heated with these stones release tension and stress much more deeply and quickly than with a traditional massage. The overall experience is very relaxing, nurturing, and rejuvenating.Hot Stone is available for 60 minutes.
Himalayan Salt Stone Massage
Salt stone massage uses Himalayan salt stones to balance ions and help remove toxins from your muscles combined with skilled massage to relax aches and pains.
Thai herbal poultice massage
An aromatic massage using Thai prai herbs in a warmed poultice to massage inflammation away and rejuvenate aching muscles.
Warm Bamboo
A relaxing massage using smooth warm bamboo sticks to warm the muscles and allow more depth to the muscle work. Similar to hot stone but with a different feel. Warm Bamboo is available in 60 minute.
Kansa Wand Massage
The Kansa Wand Face Massage reduces stress and provides a gentle face-lifting therapy, using a bronze-capped massage wand and organic natural massage oils.
Reflexology
Reflexology is a type of bodywork that focuses on applying pressure to the specific nerve zones in your feet or hands. Unlike other massages that intend to mostly relieve tension in the feet themselves, reflexology is a far more in-depth science that aims to harmonize your entire body. According to reflexology, every part of the human body is mapped into your feet and hands. Reflexology treatments have been found to be highly effective for conditions such as allergies, headaches, and depression.Reflexology is only available for 10,30 and 60 minutes.
Reiki

During a session, I work directly with your energy fields to remove blockages, detoxify your system, and restore your vital life force energy. Reiki utilizes a gentle laying on of hands to conduct the necessary energy force between us. The benefits of Reiki range from the release of habitual mental/emotional stress to alleviating chronic pain. Reiki is available for 30 or 60 minutes.

Lash Lift Perm
